How To Sync videos on an iPhone, iPad or an iPod Touch

-As first thing you have to have a video or a movie with one of this video formats:

H.264,MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps per channel, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; Motion JPEG (M-JPEG) up to 35 Mbps, 1280 by 720 pixels, 30 frames per second, audio in ulaw, PCM stereo audio in .avi file format    

 

-As second step you have to add the video to the iTunes video library by pressing together cmd+O, than you select the video from the Finder and iTunes put it into the library

-As third step you all you have to do is select from the sync window the video and than sync the device.
